MADE BY HAND, JUST FOR YOU:
Since each piece is lovingly crafted by hand, the item you receive may be a bit different than the one pictured. If the item photographed is the actual piece for sale, I will include that information in the listing. I do my best to accurately note the size and capacity as well, but those dimensions may also vary. If you have any questions before or after ordering feel free to contact me, I want you to be happy with your purchase.
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES:
I'm happy to refund or exchange your order if you are dissatisfied, however the buyer must contact me within 2 days of receiving the item. Any damage that occurred during shipping should also be reported to me within 2 days for a refund.
SHIPPING:
Please note that the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with an exchange or return, and the initial shipping charge cannot be refunded. The item must also be returned to me in the same condition it was shipped, in the same packaging. If the item is sent back and arrives broken or damaged, a refund or exchange will not be issued.
SALE ITEMS:
Only regular priced items may be refunded/exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
PACKAGING/DELIVERY:
I do my best to use salvaged or recycled shipping materials, so while your package may not be beautiful, it has less of an environmental impact. Please allow 2-3 days for processing before shipment. Buyer is responsible for any additional duty or taxes.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
All functional pieces are microwave and dishwasher safe unless otherwise stated. However I do recommend hand washing handmade pieces, they will thank you for it. For larger works I sometimes do different glaze firings such as Raku - those listings will have their own care instructions.
